Do you have other ISO rod?
I have both Attender 1.25 5.3 m and the 汐來防 which is similar to a 1.25 5.0m Chinu( snapper rod) In my opinion, attender is a stronger rod and that it will allow you to battle the fish with more physical power . 汐來防 is a weaker rod in some sense, but when you battle the fish, it will be more challenging and more fun.
Ｉｆ I were you and if I already have other ISO rod, i will probably buy something that is different from what I already have if my intension is to try more fishing rod with different character. If I am looking for a replacement rod, then i will buy something similar to what I have been using.
If it is your first rod and you are not planning to go out to fishing at night and that you will probably fish most of the time at the fish pond, piers or most area within Hong Kong, I think 汐來防 will be a good enough rod for you. If you are a new hand, 汐來防 will also be better since it is a cheaper rod. ISO rods are very delicate and must be handle with care all the time. There are millions ways you could damage the rod. The more expensive the rod is, the more expensive the parts will cost you. So it might not be a bad idea to start with a cheaper rod.
Ｉ personally like both rods in different ways. Attender gives me more confidence, 汐來防 helps me to improve my skill in controlling the fish.
I hope my experience will help you decide which rod will suit your needs better. But please keep in mind that i am a new hand so I might not be right about everything.
