CHING 呢d應該係blackfish 黎嫁......雖然同drummer好似.....不過佢地有一條條ge直紋係魚身到~ 唔到drummer全黑

Vince, Yea bro, i know they are Blackfish instead of Drummer, but i don't know their Chinese name.  Like 口太 同尾長. They look differnet but they both belong to 毛 species. :%14^

Sunhee, They are nice table fish. I have tried deep fried, steam, pan fried, battered, crumbed and I have also tried a 45cm for sashimi.  yea, they are rich in protein as well..:%15^

ching 如果想釣drummer可以去botany national park 果到釣......好多drummer同埋blackfish~ 去果到如果釣blackfish唔洗買餌......隨手都可以拎到海草釣.......上次我地一3行人就咁帶支竿去玩blackfish都釣到30幾40條.....手感一流

where about do u fish at that park??
I usually park the car at the Golf CLub car park and walk "Brown Rock".
Caught some sharks and Kingies down there but never try blackfish b4 since it is too far..hahaha
As it is winter now, i am more focusing on blackies..
You are local expert man,u know all the spot!!

I hope one day i can learn with you..
