Hi Bulldog!

I'm aware of Harrison Hot Springs haha! No, i'm referring to the Pitt River.  There is a spot on the Pitt where a hot spring shoots out of the ground next to the river.  You can ask the guide where it is.  I remember that spot fondly!  Dip your feet in to stave away the chills!

By the way, the Harrison used to be a great spot for cutthroat in spring~favorite pattern was the Rolled Muddler.  I used to fish right around the bridge near Mission, have you been there?  Great for Pink and Chum in the fall too.

Not so 劲啦 Mabel!!!

I used to attend SFU many 月亮 ago!!  always 旷课 go fishing!!  So, I know some spots around that area.  Chehalis was also one of my favorite places to hang out!

the 鬼佬 is my guide Kenzie on the Cowichan.  Not my 师傅！哈哈！

By the way, yes, i'm afraid tips are rather "compulsory" anywhere you go in North America.  You coul ...

Thanks you very much for your precious infromation
& experience shared. Hopefully my #6 rod may stand
for the steelhead or Chars. I practiced several times
the spey casting and didn't do well on it.  I may have
more time on my single handed rod.

You know HK is a free port whitout any GST involved.
Tips is not a must either. I have to add up almost 20%
on top of the price (tips & taxes), it makes me feel a bit
"expensive". I rather prefer the price already consluded
everything inside.

i fully appreciate your feelings on tipping! when i arrived home i used to get a mouth full from friends for tipping!  by the way, having lived in Vanc for more than a decade and stayed in HK for sometime as well, i'm quite familiar with HK customs!  Vancouver is not called Hongcouver for nothing!  Lets put it this way, money is not easy to come by these days... tip if you're happy and if the service is good.  If it's nothing to sneeze about and you're treated like dirt, you're not going back anyways, right??
