Catch of Oct 13

Quite a lot of bites today despite the "dead flow".  Lost a hooked fish I guess around poundful probably the hook wasn't stabbed into the jaw of the fish hard enough... ...

At around 1pm my gf called:

She: "So when will you finish fishing?"
Me: "robably an hour more, I still have quite a bit of shrimps..."   ..."oh hey I have to hang up... ..fish coming..."...(the rod tip almost touched the water at that moment)

She:

So by the time I put my phone back to my pocket the fishing started pulling away, and I set hook asap and wow it is heavy.  It started to run towards the sea...and I started running towards the pier to my left! -  I know my scooping net handle is not long enough to safely scoop the fish there so I have to go back to the pier.  For the first 10 few seconds I couldn't really lift it up easily.  After a while the rod drained out its energy quite a bit and I could see it...oh wow...a big (to me it is!) black bream and I know it will be my new personal record...

After that the fish didn't really have much energy to fight anymore probably due to the lack of oxygen as it was literally surfing on the water surface

No la just used 目印 to play play...very fun seeing it suddenly accelerates in the water...
