They are in USD Ando, 3850 is already an entry level rod for them, there are hand milled one which cost a lot more...

If you are looking for bamboo rod doesnt cost that much, chinese made are only couple hundreds US, but I heard they are just hit or miss. They come with many different name. One that I heard of is Headwater Bamboo Rod.
