Firstly, thank you for your input. You are not wrong and good on you, you must be a master of bait casting, I honestly can't use BC for ~3g lure.

My point is "relative". You might it even better if you use a light spinning rod for the 1.x - 3g lure compare to a max21g bait casting rod.

If you go for rod by rod comparison, rod maker usually make the bait type for heavier lure (15-28g) while the spinning type for lighter lure (5-15g or even lighter).

Anyway, the spec listed on the rod is only for reference and recommended by the maker, you can certainly use it over or under the spec. However, I think it certainly is a good reference guideline especially for beginner.

think u~, 用spinning去拋輕野當然係比casting的好d~^^~我也有用, 我不是針對你, 我只是針對你口6 bc只for heavy lure呢一句姐~^^~請勿請諒~^^~有時間我去hk帶我去boat game seabass好嗎~大家交流一下~^^~ ^^~
