well done sunhee. do you have dry fly hooks? if i'm not mistaken, it should be better with dry hooks. I can get you a few if you didnt order them on your recent order ^^

very nicely tied!!!....if using nymph and shrimp hook it maybe too heavy for dry fly to float.

kfd, where do you get your dry fly hooks?

I'll post up my size 22 and 24 dry fly soon.

i don't have many dry fly hooks. in fact, i dont' even know how to tell the difference. most of they doesn't say if it is for wet flies or dry flies( just like nymph, streamer, shrimp, canddis, pupae,etc) .I usually assume streamer hooks are wet hooks. however, there are some dry/ nymph hook and also wet /nyump hook.. very confused


do you have lots of dry fly hooks? if you have a lot! maybe we can exchange some if you would be kind enough  kikikii

When are you going to order more items? kiki i think i need to order some more.  
i want some more different type of hooks and some more ribbings, and different type of tinsel. i have been having so much fun with them.

if it's dry, it will specifically says dry.. i have about 50 T brand size 18 dry, 25 size 10dry, and 25 size 12dry... we can do some exchange too..

i'll have to explore flyfishing for a little more before my next order in order to know what is needed for HK fish... i'm currently targeting tilapia and carp ( both common and chinese mud carp )

where did you order last time? did they have good international based service?

I guess most of the hook i got is for wet flies! kiki. If you have time and that you don't mind, maybe we can do some exchange! i am also using the Tiemco hooks.

I brought from a store in SF which is called Flyfishing outfitters. It has a pretty good store and seems to have lots of materials and You can order from their website. I went there in person the first time and my friend picked up my second order from the store and brought back to HK for me. But i know that they ship worldwide(but the fee is quiet high).  I also don't know if the price is good buying from that store. I didn't spend much time shopping around comparing prices. Maybe you can give me your comment after you visit the site.

BTW, how is your fly fishing experience in hong kong? Has it been successful? what kind of trouble do u encounter? tell me more!
