German Brown Trout

Hi Buddies, first of all, I would like to thank Bull Dog for the breaking post.

Trip started this morning and just walking distance from the hotel to
the river. The whole morning was boring with no sight of any fishes. Arounf 1:45pm,
I returned from the limited end of river (coz I only allow to fish 8km part of the river,
otherwise I have to pay the other river manager). Suddenly, I saw 6 trouts in the
water with around 3-4 pounds. Some of them are Rainbow Trout. I tried to go down
to the shore but all the fishes disappeared within a second. Anyway, I believe that
it should be some more there. Tried Adams, woolly bugger, bead head, minnow
and the last one was sinking fly. I gave reaction to the sink fly by winding the line and
that time a very strong hook-up singal transmitted to my hand. GOT IT. Even it's around
30cm with weight of 1 pound, she was jumping like crazy. After photo, RELEASED.

Total: 2 fishes

By the way, I found there are many problem for casting and line handle should be fixed.
I'll share with all of you my experience next week.

Thanks! Uncle. I felt so excited and found that it's not as easy as thought before. The fishes
are alert if something moving strange then it runs away at once. Line control and right spot
casting are more than important. Let's share after I'm back.

Thanks! Unfortunately not much fishes live in this river. Anyway, I gain a very
good experience and wish to have more during the holiday next year to New Zealand
or Canada. Hopefully the soonest business trip to Switzerland I can also fish there.

Thanks! Wish you have a good experience too in the Berkley Contest
After walked totally 16KM, my legs exhausted

Nice catch...fishing for trouts in river, need to understand and learn streamcraft.
Keep it up, see more catches soon.
