my surf casting rod result

l live in sydney.This is my result at 27/9
My rod is surf leader evsf,with jigman X4 pe3 and 60lb leader
Fish name is brown groper around 5 kg
Fight time around 1-2 min.
Bait is big live crab caught in the rock.

lt is call brown groper...similar to So mei eaten in hong kong
But the fish price is cheaper than Green So mei..and it is not allowed to sell in fish market.

l think because they taste so good.Fisherman will largely catch all of them because they
are valuable.Australia governemnt want to protect this spiece avoid it will extinct.my fd tell me ten yr ago,it still is avalible in the market.l dont know what the price it is selling but it is similar to the price of three knife fish .

c hing are u living in sydney too?

Frankly,l dont know the price of live groper,but l only know they cost 30 aus per kg if it is die.Three knife  fish cost around 70-80aus per kilo and they are live.But l can grunratte that fish is delicious if they turn in blue.
