i am not too sure but perhaps it's my first brown trout!
shame that i didnt notice when i landed it, i would have let it back in since they dont stock brown anymore.
If it's a brown it have to be 10 yrs old, growing from fingerlings to this size.

yes bulldog, the brownie's stomach was full of black midges larvae and so as the rainbows :)

    hopefully i will catch some more brown trout! there's some big one in there!
    last week some one landed a brown weighted 5lbs!

p.s. uncle, can you tell me how to identify cock fish and hen fish? also in terms of fight and taste, does it makes any different?

    it's my first brown so i didnt notice much, but i think they fight harder & intend to go downwards

hopefully i will catch some more brown trout! there's some big one in there!

鱒魚.........Cock or Hen (公定母)....有需要知道嗎？

小魚在兩三磅以下真係好難有分別...........起碼在三磅多才易有識別........

公..........頭/鼻(上顎)(snout) 較長同大，下嘴唇(lower jaw)有鈎.....
母........上顎短小及下嘴唇冇鈎...

棕鱒在中鉤後係會盡力潛入深處 (dive like a submarine)........在河溪間也會同彩虹鱒一樣...跳躍。
